My daughter has been such a handful lately...but she has been doing something that makes me laugh. She has a new saying. "That was random!"....It bugs me to the core. It reminds me of when that stupid saying, "Funky" came out! I was so stubborn and wouldn't even let anyone say it around me because I thought it was so dumb. Then one day...it just came out, "Mom, that is a funky smell!" I was probably referring to my baby brothers dirty diaper.
So, here I am about 15 years later, wondering when that day will happen. IF it will happen!

So Random! Totally Random! You're Random! It's all just totally Random.
Gosh...gotta love the sayings that are universal. By the way, it too is international, my son uses it.
Good luck with this one. Maybe you should start saying "Random" back, especially around her friends and see how that works. Embarrassment always works with kids - doesn't it? ?
